Cancellation Policy

Homeschool Support – Booking Policy To ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all families, the following booking policies apply to all Homeschool Support services: Scheduling & Availability Sessions are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. We recommend booking on a recurring weekly schedule to maintain consistency in the child’s learning routine. Minimum Booking Requirement A minimum number of hours per session may be required to ensure meaningful and effective learning time. Deposits & Payments A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is due prior to or at the start of each scheduled session, unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Late Arrivals If a session begins later than scheduled due to the family’s delay, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Consistency & Commitment Homeschool Support is most effective when sessions are consistent. Frequent cancellations or changes may affect the child’s progress and availability of services. Materials & Learning Environment Families are encouraged to provide a quiet, safe, and prepared space for learning. Any required materials will be discussed in advance. Communication Open and ongoing communication is essential. We provide updates on progress and are available to discuss goals, adjustments, and feedback. By booking our Homeschool Support services, families agree to these terms and to maintaining a respectful and collaborative learning environment.
